Garden Experience
The experience begins with an aperitivo in the garden, followed by a guided tour through our vineyards, gardens, and agroforestry area, where we share the story of the project and our approach to regenerative farming.
After the tour, the evening continues at a communal table in the garden. Here, we prepare and serve a shared tasting menu — a sequence of seasonal, creative plates designed for sharing, cooked over open fire and in our wood-fired oven.
What arrives from our gardens and trusted partners on the day will shape the menu, making each dinner unique and guided by the season. The experience can be complemented by a curated wine pairing featuring a selection of our wines.
Our tasting menu is designed as a complete seasonal experience and is therefore served as intended. Guests with serious allergies or dietary requirements are kindly invited to inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them where possible.
