Right of Withdrawal
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you can use the form below (withdrawal form) or notify us by email to GIULIANO@SOLU.ECO, or by postal mail to CAMINO SON PENYAFLOR 4, PAR 460 POL, ALARÓ (07340), BALEARIC ISLANDS.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include the details of your CUSTOMER order to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, or if the products comprising the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to the indicated address (GIULIANO@SOLU.ECO / CAMINO SON PENYAFLOR 4, PAR 460 POL, ALARÓ (07340 BALEARIC ISLANDS) and therefore assume the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to charge you for any costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond mere opening, for products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage. Therefore, you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item, we’ll let you know if you’re entitled to a refund. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure was followed, and the products are new and unused, we’ll refund the full purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the canceled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure was followed, and the products are new and unused, we’ll only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
